Perfum, Eau de Perfum, or Eau de Toilette?

You want to get a new perfume but not sure the difference between Eau de Perfum and Eau de Toilette?
They are categorised depending on the ration of Alcohol (a liquid base of the perfum), to the perfum contents.
Their characteristics as following;
Perfum / Pure Perfume
- The purest form of the perfume
- consists of approximately 15 - 40 % of perfume concentrates
- last about 6 hours
- Most expensive
- Suitable for a big day where you don’t want to worry about reapplying perfume.
Eau de Perfum
- contains around 7 - 15 % of scent concentrates
- last up to 4 hours
- Medium price range
- Suitable for someone who want to touch up few times a day
Eau de Toilette
- contains about 1 - 6 % of the concentrates
- last up to 2 hours
- Economical
- Suitable for someone who prefers light and fresh form of perfume.
Eau de Cologne / Eau de Fraiche
- A light fragrace which is mixed with fresh citrus notes
- Similar to Eau de Toilette, slightly fresher
